Partnering with your Organisation

We want to help give your group a fantastic taste of mountain biking or the great outdoors. We know that privacy for your group is important and, for that reason, you are given exclusive access to the site. We want to create a place where visitors and their leaders feel comfortable.

Depending on your resources and skills you can arrange an organised session led and managed by one of our qualified team of Mountain Bike Leaders using our bikes and helmet. Alternatively, charities, schools or registered community groups who have their own bikes, equipment and insurance in place come and access the trails. The visiting group is responsible for all risk assessment and health&safety of their clients.

We can also help you plan activities to make the most of the venue. Priority is given to underprivileged groups (such as ASN schools, community charity groups and groups that have confidence or mental health challenges). We work with both adult and youth groups over age of 10 years.

Health & Safety are paramount, and as such we require partner groups to sign up to a Partnership Agreement so that risk assessments are conducted appropriately and to ensure the safety of all attendees as well as the adult group leaders.

We welcome approaches from other responsible registered groups that are in line with the charity charter.  Groups are by prior arrangement only and must have adult supervisors who can accompany and/or lead the group.  Contact us for our info pack.

We work with fantastic Charities

We have worked with scores of youth and adult groups since starting operations in 2017.

From additional support needs departments of mainstream high schools to new Scot refugee groups, young carers to those who have experienced domestic violence, our clients are highly diverse but our impact is universal.

We create a safe space for vulnerable groups to learn new skills, experience the outdoors and step out of their comfort zone, boosting their confidence.... all the while with a smile on their face and getting exercise.

What we can offer

We work in different ways with a broad range of challenged youth and adult groups.

Led Ride Sessions

Thrill 'N' Chill Sessions

Our qualified MTB Leaders can offer either a one-off session or program for your group depending on your needs. In this format we provide the bikes, helmets and ride leadership.

We offer a youth wellbeing program that comprises a range of physical and personal development activities for those needing to build confidence.  This includes, but is not restricted to , cycling.

Trail Access Only

By prior arrangement, relevant registered charities or registered community groups who have their own bikes, equipment and insurance in place can come and access the trails.  The visiting group is responsible for all risk assessment and health&safety of their clients.
